Working with a range of inclusive employers at Evenbreak, we learn new things every day. We were delighted when RSA, one of the world’s leading multinational quoted insurance groups, started to advertise their roles with us in their drive to attract a more diverse workforce.
However, our delight was increased when we saw that the kind of roles they offer are so diverse and varied! For example, a current role on the board is for an Engineer Surveyor – not a role you might usually associate with an insurance company. This person would visit client sites and interact with customers on safety aspects in the Shropshire area. An exciting opportunity for the right person.
Another engineering post is also available in the Stockport/Macclesfield area, and will be working in the machinery (lift and crane) space.
Also in Manchester, working with the engineers, is a Customer Service Team Member / Administrator vacancy. This is a great opportunity to come in at the beginning of a new service, and make your mark! Great admin skills and customer care skills are important here.
Pricing is an important part of RSA’s company, and there are two roles available here, both in West Sussex. If this is your background, you may be interested in becoming a Pricing Manager or a Personal Product & Pricing Governance Lead.
Another customer-facing role back in Manchester is that of Account Management Assistant. This is where people skills and sales skills come to the fore.
