Disability Expo 2023

Evenbreak is proud to be the EmployAble partner for the Disability Expo.

When and Where

The UK’s leading person-focused event for people with lived experience of disability will take place at London’s ExCel Centre on 6th and 7th July 2023.

Fittingly, this event is taking place during Disability Pride Month. The two-day event will offer relevant services, products and information, empowering you with the tools you need to improve your quality of life.

What’s on?

The event programme consists of hundreds of exhibitors offering a range of equipment, from the latest innovations in independent living, mobility aids/technologies, and services & advice to an array of charities and organisations. The venue is split into zones making it easier to navigate and find exactly what you want, these are:

  • Centre stage
  • People’s panel
  • Community clinic & Charity zone
  • Have-a-go zone
  • Gaming zone
  • EmployAble (We’re here)
  • Manage at home
  • Zensory zone
  • Marketplace
  • Mobility matters.

The event programme also consists of inclusive activities, performances and discussions from engaging and relatable people, sharing their experiences, skills and expertise.

Evenbreak is the Expo’s official Enable partner

One of these talks will be from our very own Jane Hatton (founder and CEO of Evenbreak). She will be discussing why you are a premium candidate, and how to find your dream job. (Don’t worry if you can only attend on one day as she will be giving the talk on both days).

Jane said: “We are delighted to be showcasing Evenbreak at the EmployAble Zone at Disability Expo. We know that disabled people are premium candidates and bring so much of value to the workplace, but are often overlooked.

Evenbreak can support disabled people looking for new or better work, and help them find jobs with employers who will value their skills. Evenbreak is the only specialist job board run by and for disabled people.”
