Disability expert, Adam Hyland, has joined Evenbreak as their Chief Inclusion Officer.

Evenbreak is the only global award-winning social enterprise run by and for disabled people, on a mission to close the disability employment gap.
Adam Hyland co-founded Diversity and Ability (D&A) and has been working as the Director of Accessibility and Inclusion with D&A for the past 13 years. In that time, Adam has received accolades including being named in The Power 100 List, pioneered the AXS Passport and presented on a national and international stage.
Adam said: “Joining Evenbreak is an incredibly exciting opportunity. They have a fantastic team and I can’t wait to support them in their mission to close the disability employment gap and create a more inclusive world of work.”
In his new role, Adam will build a portfolio of organisations that want to attract diverse talent and support the team to increase candidate attraction.
