What kind of role would your skill-set and experience make you ideally suited for?
My experience is entirely within back office administration – filing, data entry, Post Room. I also possess knowledge of the bus and rail industries.
What qualities do you have that would make an employer really want to employ you?
I am highly-organised, with a keen eye for detail, and natural problem-solving abilities. I also have a desire to learn new skills which will be of benefit to the employer in the long run – specifically Mental Health First Aid.
What would a prospective employer need to do to access your talent?
I need to know that any job will be easily accessible by a regular public transport service (minimum 15 minutes frequency), and located in Bradford or Leeds City Centre; Shipley, Bingley or Keighley Town Centres. Willing to relocate for a job – particularly to Edinburgh, Birmingham or Coventry.
I need a minimum of 35 hours per week, with a salary not less than £18,000 per annum.
I need to know that a future employer will actively support me, and will make Reasonable Adjustments under the Equality Act, in the form of allowing me to start later and make up the time later if my Mental Health suffers. Ideally, they should be signatories to the Mindful Employer Charter.
